GUUF 2019 Calendar:
–10/6  First Sunday Circle topic: Democracy, led by Sandy Alessi
The United States is a republic rather than a democracy because our founding forefathers feared the tyranny of the majority.  Justice is the ultimate purpose of democracy and republic so let’s explore the relationship between our democracy (republic) and justice.

–10/9  GUUF Board Meeting 6:30 All are welcome!

–10/13  “Clearing Clutter as a Sacred Act” led by visitor Carolyn Koehnline, LMHC from the Bellingham Unitarian Fellowship.

Workshop after the service to explore clearing clutter in more detail.

–10/20 Diversity in our Community
led by the Social Action Committee

–10/27  “Manifest Kinship” led by Jack Gladstone.   Jack is a well-known Blackfeet singer and storyteller.   There will be a “share the plate” that day to benefit Essential Eats Distributing for our charity of the month.  They distribute food to the Blackfeet Nation, as well as homeless and under served students in Missoula’s high schools.
